Condition Guide

Shopping for a pre-owned Apple device shouldn’t be difficult. We know that all customers differ when buying secondhand Apple devices, assessing both quality and value for money. Therefore, we’ve created a product condition guide which you’ll see in the description of all our devices. This is just the casing condition. All our devices are guaranteed to be 100% functional.

All Pictures are of the actual devices. Feel free to contact us should you require more images or would like to view a device.

1. Brand New – The device has not yet been used.
2. A-Grade – The device has no signs of use and is in the best possible pre-owned condition. Device will not have any scratches or dents. 
3. B-Grade – The device has very minimal signs of use. Device may have barely visible scratches or dents.
4. C-Grade – The device may have some scuffs or scratches. Scratches or dents may be visible.
